IMMEDIATELY HIRING - APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECH (FULL TIME) SCHEDULE
M-F 8-5PM (80 hrs paid time off first year, paid holidays)
On-call 1x every 3 weeks (On-call at 2 nearby properties vs 5+ like other management companies)
BONUSES POTENTIAL$750 quarterly bonuses (based on site performance)
$100 for every week you hold the on-call phone and minimum 1.5 hrs paid time for emergency calls— that is $3,000+ in annual bonuses!
About the RoleJoin our maintenance team in Omaha at Park on Center Apartments (165 apartment home community). This is a hands‑on job that will involve make‑readies, work‑orders, grounds, and shared on‑call service at Park on Center and Centre Ridge.

- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Make‑ready/turning units between tenants
- Painting and staining both interior and exterior applications
- Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Manage coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone
- Snow removal
- Pool maintenance (where applicable)
- Housing inspection experience preferred (not required)
- 2+ years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent
- 6+ months experience in apartment maintenance
- Dry‑walling including painting and carpentry
- Basic knowledge of plumbing; siding copper pipe preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Basic repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
- Preferred experience in HVAC with EPA certification and/or boiler system knowledge
- Preferred pool experience with CPO certification
- Some knowledge of water heaters both electric and gas
- Ability to provide great customer service to residents
- Basic safety training or willingness to undergo training within 30 days
Valid driver's license required, transportation, and ability to complete a background check and drug screen.
Physical demonstration of ability to complete basic job duties required during the interview process.
