HVAC Technician
Our client, a leading organization in facility management services, is seeking a dedicated HVAC Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Maintenance Department supporting building operations and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location: Omaha, NE
Pay: $34–$38/hr.
Responsibilities- Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned facilities.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond promptly to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Conduct inspections of property interior and exterior areas, including structural components, fixtures, roofing, and lighting.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and support after‑hours building activities as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports on work conditions and recommend corrective actions to management.
- Universal EPA Certification.
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Valid state driver’s license and ability to maintain it.
- Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
- Availability to perform on‑call duties and overtime as required.
