Whether you're helping protect newly constructed homes from future water damage or repairing and stabilizing existing foundations, you'll play a critical role in keeping structures safe, strong, and dry.
What You'll DoAs a Construction Laborer, you'll work alongside experienced crews on a variety of projects, including:
New Construction Projects- Waterproof foundations and footings
- Apply protective coatings to prevent erosion and water intrusion
- Install foundation drainage systems
- Help protect basements and below-grade areas from future water damage
- Identify and repair sources of leaks and water intrusion
- Excavate around foundations using hand tools and equipment
- Remove damaged concrete and debris
- Install window wells to improve drainage
- Assist with installation of wall anchors and foundation piers
- Support foundation stabilization and structural repair efforts
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and concrete tools safely
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the jobsite
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Perform site preparation and jobsite cleanup
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of construction, labor, or related physical work experience
- Ability to consistently lift and carry 50–75 pounds
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Basic concrete demolition, cleanup, and material handling experience
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Waterproofing experience
- Foundation repair experience
- Drain tile or drainage system installation
- Window well installation
- Wall anchor or pier installation
- Experience working in muddy, wet, or excavation environments

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
