Metronet is seeking a Network Fiber Technician - Outside Plant in Omaha, NE to join our field team. You will terminate, splice, bond/ground, document, and test fiber optic cables and related equipment, with outdoor duties and exposure to seasonal weather conditions.
You will install and maintain CPE, LAN, and WiFi networks, troubleshoot from MDF to demarcation, and respond to tickets while adhering to safety and quality standards. Travel for training and overtime may be required.
