Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technician

HAINES CLIMATE CONTROL is looking to immediately fill a Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration position at Restaurant Service & Maintenance (RSM) in Omaha, NE. RSM specializes in the repair, maintenance, and installation of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and cooking equipment. This is inclusive of but not limited to:
Walk In Coolers, Reach-In Coolers, Ice Machines, Ranges, Ovens, Toasters, Grills, Mixers, HVAC etc. Our technicians are in constant contact with refrigerant, gas, steam, electricity and electronics.

• Troubleshoot and accurately diagnose service problems with equipment.
• Repair equipment to operate at MFG specifications.
• Provide clear, detailed proposals to clients when required.
• Install all replacement components.
• Have a good working knowledge of the services we offer and provide.
• Communicate well with customers and coworkers.
• Complete multiple maintenance tasks on refrigeration equipment.
• Receive work orders and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Perform Installations & Preventive Maintenance on equipment.
• Provide written and detailed documentation for each work order.

• Clean driving record.
• Ability to work 'on-call' duties, currently a rotating schedule. Apx. 6 days a month.
• Exhibit strong technical aptitude in Refrigeration and / or Commercial Food Equipment.
• Ability to read equipment schematics.
• Display a desire to learn, achieve and grow with our company over time.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Customer Service oriented.
