As an Entry-Level Residential Plumbing Technician, you'll work alongside experienced plumbers while learning to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems. You'll assist with service calls, help perform plumbing repairs and fixture installations, support troubleshooting efforts, prepare tools and materials, and maintain clean, organized work areas throughout the day.

You'll gain hands-on experience with water lines, drain systems, fixtures, water heaters, and other residential plumbing components while developing the technical knowledge and customer service skills needed to become an independent service plumber. You'll also learn how to accurately document completed work using Service Titan, communicate professionally with homeowners, and follow company safety procedures and quality standards on every job.

We're looking for dependable individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine desire to learn a skilled trade. Previous plumbing experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in construction, maintenance, mechanical work, general labor, or other hands-on trades are encouraged to apply.

Successful candidates are reliable, eager to learn, customer-focused, and able to follow direction while working effectively as part of a team. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential for long-term success.
