Field Service Technician
Responsibilities
- Daily travel to locations in and around Omaha airport and surrounding area.
- Install, repair, and maintain equipment in the field.
- Provide customer training as required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through service repair and maintenance.
- Support Acceptance and Maintenance Testing efforts for the team, projects, and customers.
- Participate in diesel mechanics and equipment servicing where applicable.
Qualifications
- Experienced Service Technician / Diesel Mechanic.
- Understanding of keeping customer equipment operational and reliable.
- Experience with NETA, NICET or equivalent field service technician certifications.
- Experience installed for generators, diesel engines, electrical systems, industrial equipment, or drive trains is desired.
