Pay: $25‑$30 hourly

Schedule:

Mon‑Fri 8am‑5pm, some on call.

Location:

In‑office work required at our properties.

Report to:
Maintenance Supervisor

• Troubleshooting service issues including HVAC, general appliance work, carpentry, light electrical, and plumbing.
• Work alongside the maintenance team to ensure both interior and exterior of the property meet company standards and applicable laws.
• Work alongside the maintenance and office team to provide exceptional customer service and resolve all maintenance related issues to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
• Respond to maintenance work orders.
• Follow‑up with office staff.
• Work in an on‑call rotation that requires nights and weekend flexibility. Emergencies and storms will require additional on‑call needs.
• Additional tasks as assigned.

• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and your own set of tools.
• Well‑rounded in all facets of maintenance including plumbing, light electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and small appliance repair.
• HVAC certification and/or Boiler’s license is a plus.
• Plumbing experience is required.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a customer service spirit.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, sensitivity, and professionalism.
