Day Shift I Wednesday thru Saturday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (enjoy 3 days off every week!)

Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000+/ year (Base + Annual Bonus +Hiring Bonus

• Customer Care:
  Greet customer, listen to vehicle performance concerns, recommend appropriate repair solutions, and build accurate cost/time estimates.
• Workflow Optimization:
  Create and assign Repair Orders (ROs) to qualified technicians to ensure maximum shop efficiency and timely turnaround.
• Team Support & Leadership:
  Act as a central communication link between customers, service managers, and technicians.
• Quality Control & Safety:
  Inspect completed work prior to vehicle delivery, enforce shop safety standards, and ensure proper warranty documentation.
• Communication & Maintenance:
  Keep customers routinely updated on repair status and maintain an organized, clean service department.

• Mechanical Knowledge:
  Basic understanding of medium and heavy-duty truck diagnostics and systems (Diesel Engines, Brakes, Electrical Systems, HVAC, Steering/Suspension, Exhaust/Differential).
• Work Experience:
  
  Background as a Diesel Technician, Automotive Tech, or Heavy Duty/Ag Shop Foreman is preferred (not required)
• System Familiarity:
  Experience with CDK software, International, Cummins, or Allison systems is a plus.
• Core Competencies:
  
  Strong communication skills, basic computer literacy, effective time management, and a high commitment to workplace safety.
• Learning Mindset:
  Willingness to complete required training programs and stay up-to-date on modern vehicle technologies.

• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check, physical and drug screening
• Strong attendance and work ethic

Competitive Pay: $50,000 - $75,000 + potential, plus an Annual Shop Bonus and Hiring Bonus.
