Description- Help maintain y ard layout, bins, storage areas, and staging zones

- Manage compost, soil, and dump piles

- Total compensation of $ 32 - 3 4 per hour

Facility and Yard Operations Foreman
Works closely with :
Managers, Crew Leaders, Project Admin, Directors

Typical
Hours:
M-F , opening or closing shift, some Saturdays . Seasonal OT and snow operations hours as needed.
Dress Code: U niform
Requirements
- 3 + years’ experience in landscaping, construction, or yard operations
- 3+ years’ operating heavy equipment (skid loader, forklift, front loader)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving and criminal record
- CDL is required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to operate heavy equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Full mobility in upper and lower body
Summary:
The Delivery and Yard Technician is responsible for transportation of materials, equipment, and supplies to job sites while supporting the daily operations of the SVL yard and facility. This role ensures crews receive the materials and equipment they need to operate efficiently . When not performing deliveries, the technician loads crews, stages materials, and supports the daily operations of the supply yard.
