Field Services Technician

BAMCo is seeking a reliable and self-motivated Field Service Technician to perform preventative maintenance (PMs), basic repairs, and DOT inspections on customer fleets. This is a customer-facing role requiring professionalism, technical skill, and strong time management. You'll be the face of BAMCo on job sites- trusted to deliver high-quality service with safety, accuracy, and integrity.

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance services on trailers and equipment
• Complete basic mechanical repairs in the field
• Conduct DOT inspections to ensure safety and compliance
• Use BAMCo's CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to log work and manage tasks
• Maintain a daily schedule and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
• Represent BAMCo professionally while on customer worksites
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized service vehicle

• Experience in trailer maintenance, mechanical repair, or related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage your time and schedule effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with mobile technology and digital work order systems (CMMS)
• Drug and alcohol free, with commitment to a safe work environment
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• No criminal convictions; background check required
