What You'll DoAs a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for residents.
Perform Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, And General Maintenance Repairs
Troubleshoot And Resolve Maintenance Issues Quickly And Efficiently
Respond To Resident Service Requests And Maintenance Work Orders
Complete Apartment Turns, Inspections, And Move-In Preparations
Maintain Community Grounds, Common Areas, And Building Systems
Participate In An On-Call Rotation For Emergency Maintenance Requests
Update And Track Completed Work Orders Using Maintenance Software
What We're Looking ForExperience In Apartment, Building, Facility, Or Property Maintenance
Strong Troubleshooting And Repair Skills
Hands-On Experience With Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, And Carpentry Work
Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Priorities
Strong Customer Service And Communication Skills
Must Have Your Own Basic Hand Tools
Willingness To Participate In An On-Call Rotation
