What you will do
Working Foreman must be skilled craftsman in their trade and have a minimum of ten (10) years actual, five (5) of those years must be chiller related, practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller, electrical, plumbing, pipe fitting and /or mechanical equipment service industry. A self-starter who must be able to lead a team of approx. 10-15 field technicians. Interaction with both internal and external customers, attention to detail in quoting jobs, scheduling technician hours, promoting safety and constant communication plays a key role in this position.
Must be computer literate with necessary ability to develop, close and manage all types of quoted work. This is a Bargaining Unit Position.

- Requires a Mechanical Journeyman License
- 12+ years of commercial HVAC experiences mechanical troubleshooting experience. Of those 10+ years, 5 years must be chiller experience.
- Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Pay Range: $53.63 - 58.50 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. However, we recognize that exceptional candidates may bring unique skills and experiences that exceed the typical profile.
