Voda Cleaning & Restoration in the Omaha/Lincoln metro area seeks a Lead Technician II to set the standard for technical quality and mentorship on our restoration crew. You will lead complex water, fire, and mold projects, training junior techs and ensuring work meets IICRC standards.
You’ll operate moisture-mapping tools, Xactimate-based scoping, and coordinate with adjusters and GCs while maintaining safety and thorough documentation.
