Maintenance Technician
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You will also perform setup and technical troubleshooting of injection molding machines, access and modify PLC logic to facilitate repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance. Your role will involve monitoring and maintaining equipment to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Setup and troubleshoot injection molding machines.
- Access and modify PLC logic for repairs.
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery.
- Setup molds and monitor equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Essential Skills
- 6+ months of maintenance experience with injection molding machines.
- 1+ years of experience in PLC and electrical troubleshooting.
- Experience in troubleshooting hydraulics, pumps, air compressors, motors, chillers, and valves.
- Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in mold setting is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical and PLC issues
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
