HVAC​/R Service Tech

Cool Sys is seeking an HVAC/R Service Tech to join our field team serving retail, commercial, and industrial customers. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems, perform preventive maintenance, and support energy-efficient upgrades. You'll interpret schematics, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and document all work performed. Working in a safety-first, customer-focused culture, you'll collaborate with experienced technicians, receive ongoing technical training, and build a long-term career in advanced HVAC-R and energy solutions nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and system startups
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues
• Document service work, parts used, and recommendations
• Follow safety procedures, codes, and company standards
• Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals
• Support energy-efficient and sustainability-focused solutions
