Job Summary:
Performs routine building maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. Assists in a wide variety of maintenance activities; addresses immediate operational and/or safety concerns; and ensures that tools, materials and vehicles are maintained in good working order. Performs activities under direct supervision.

ways:
- Performfacilitymaintenanceandrepairsincludingplumbing,electrical,HVAC,drywall,painting,flooring,andlightingrepairs
- Utilizemaintenancesoftwaretotrack,prioritize,andcompletereactive,preventive,predictive,andplannedmaintenanceactivities
- Maintainasafeworkenvironmentbyidentifyinghazards,followingsafetyprocedures,andsupportingcomplianceinitiatives
- Operateandmaintainfacilityequipment,powered tools,forklifts,golfcarts,andotherequipmentasrequired
- Order supplies,managesparepartsinventory,andsupportfacilityoperationalneeds
- Maintainfacilitygrounds,exterior areas,pits,sumps,andgeneralhousekeepingactivities
- Partnerwithserviceandpartsteamstoretrieveparts,fuel,andotheritemsneededtosupportoperationalrequirements
- Supportfacilityimprovementsandmaintenanceprojectstoensurereliablebuildingoperations
In
order
to
be
successful
in
this
role
you
will
need
the
following:
- Basicknowledgeoffacilitymaintenance,repair,andmechanicalsystems
- Abilitytoperformrepairsinvolvingplumbing,electrical,HVAC,drywall,painting,andgeneralbuildingmaintenance
- Experienceusingpoweredhandtoolsandoperatingmaterialhandlingequipmentispreferred
- Strongcommitmenttosafetyandtheabilitytoworkinavarietyofenvironmentalconditions
- Goodcommunicationandteamworkskillswithacustomer-focused mindset
- Abilitytoprioritizetasksandrespondtomaintenanceneedswithurgency
- ValidCDLrequired(Class Awith Passenger Endorsement preferred )
- AbilitytomeetDOTandFMCSArequirements,includingphysicalexamination,drivingrecordstandards,anddrug/alcoholtestingrequirements
- Mustbeatleast
21yearsofage
Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Experience:Minimal or no work experience required.
Partner with the service and parts department to expeditiously retrieve parts, fuel, or any other items needed to support the repair event process.
CDL Required (Prefer Class A with P endorsement)
- A current valid CDL is required for this role.
- This role requires a 5 year motor vehicle report, free of major violations
- This role is subject to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) drug and alcohol testing requirements and on going random drug and alcohol testing
- This role requires applicant to pass a Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). role is subject to Department of Transportation regulations including Hours of Service and Electronic Log Booking Device use
- Federal law requires operators of commercial vehicles to be 21 years of age or older, applicant must be 21 years of age
Certifications:

Experience:Minimal or no work experience required.
Compensation and Benefits:Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
