HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role offers year-round work with no sales pressure and the potential for a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Communicate clearly with customers and explain repair options.
• Maintain organized truck inventory and clean vehicle.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Essential Skills

• 4+ years HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clean driving record.
• EPA Certification required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• NATE Certification preferred.
• Geothermal experience preferred.

Work Environment

The role includes working predominantly in residential settings with a daily on-call rotation. You will report to work from home, eliminating the need to report to a shop. Expect to work 45-50 hours per week.

This is a Permanent position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58200.00 - $73000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
