Electrical Superintendent

Faith Technologies is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field electrical operations on large commercial and industrial construction projects. This role oversees crews, coordinates schedules, manages subcontractors, and ensures work meets safety, quality, and code standards. The Electrical Superintendent collaborates with project managers, engineers, and clients to plan installations, resolve technical issues, and maintain project timelines and budgets. You will mentor foremen and electricians, enforce Faith's safety-first culture, and support continuous improvement while working with innovative electrical and energy solutions on complex design-build projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects
• Plan and coordinate daily field activities, labor, and materials
• Ensure all installations meet NEC, local codes, and company quality standards
• Drive and enforce a safety-first culture and compliance with OSHA requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to maintain schedule and budget
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and scope documents for accurate installation
• Monitor productivity, track progress, and report field status and issues
• Mentor and develop foremen and electricians, supporting training and growth
• Manage subcontractors and vendors on-site as required
• Identify and resolve field conflicts, RFIs, and change conditions
