Aksarben Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing seeks an experienced HVAC Service Technician to provide residential and light commercial service across the Omaha metro area. In this field role, you will diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, and related HVAC systems, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure safe, code-compliant operation. You'll communicate clearly with homeowners, offer professional recommendations, and document all work. Responsibilities
- Travel to residential and light commercial job sites in the Omaha metro area
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair furnaces, air conditioners, and HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on HVAC equipment
- Verify safe, code-compliant system operation and document all work performed
- Communicate findings, options, and recommendations clearly to customers
- Provide respectful, professional in-home service and protect customer property
- Maintain service vehicle, tools, and inventory in safe, organized condition
- Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices on every job
- Coordinate with dispatch and office staff to manage daily schedule and work orders
- Support teammates by sharing technical knowledge and assisting on complex jobs
