Aksarben Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing is seeking a Plumbing Service Tech to perform residential and light commercial service work in the Omaha metro. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, and piping; performing preventative maintenance; and completing quality installations. The role requires safe work practices, accurate documentation, and clear communication with customers. You'll collaborate with a professional, customer-focused team, receive steady local work, and build technical skills on a wide range of systems while representing Aksarben with reliability and respect in customers' homes.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping
  • Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, and related components to code
  • Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment
  • Respond to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and provide solution options to customers
  • Follow all safety procedures, codes, and company standards on every job
  • Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and required documentation
  • Operate company tools, vehicles, and equipment in a safe and professional manner
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and teammates on-site
  • Keep work areas clean, protect customer property, and ensure respectful in-home service
  • Participate in ongoing technical training and development as needed
