Job Duties:

• Complete routine maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant apartment units.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, and general carpentry issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure property upkeep and safety.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents (turns/make-readies).
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance areas and accurate service records.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents and team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Apartment Maintenance Technician is required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally with residents.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
