  Monday-Friday 7am-4pm (Some on-call availability once hired on)

• Pay/Salary: $25-$27/hour

Job Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from residents.
• Conduct inspections of apartment units and common areas to identify and repair potential issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have some prior relevant maintenance experience
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Able to handle lifting 25lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and handle physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
