Federal Protection Inc., a leader in security solutions for banks and financial institutions, is seeking a Security Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced electronic security systems. In this field-based role, you will work on alarms, CCTV, access control, and related technologies, ensuring reliable operation and compliance with security standards. You'll respond to service calls, perform preventative maintenance, and document all work performed.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and service electronic security, alarm, CCTV, and access control systems for commercial and financial clients.
- Respond to field service calls, diagnose issues, and perform timely repairs or adjustments to restore full system functionality.
- Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, and testing to ensure systems meet performance and security standards.
- Pull and terminate low-voltage cabling, read blueprints and wiring diagrams, and ensure neat, code-compliant installations.
- Collaborate with monitoring and support teams to verify signal transmission and 24/7 system readiness.
- Document all work performed, including service reports, parts used, and status updates in company systems.
- Communicate clearly with clients on work performed, system operation, and recommended improvements or upgrades.
- Follow safety, security, and compliance procedures while working in bank and high-security environments.
