Residential HVAC Installation Apprentice

Build a CareerThe Frazier Company is seeking a motivated Residential HVAC Installation Apprentice to join our growing team. As an apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced Lead Installers learning residential HVAC installation while building a long-term career.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist with installation of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and indoor coils.
Install ductwork, venting, refrigerant line sets, drain piping, and equipment supports.
Measure, cut, assemble, and seal ductwork.
Transport, unload, and stage equipment and materials.
Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and jobsite equipment safely.
Learn brazing, pressure testing, evacuation, charging, thermostat installation, and low-voltage wiring.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
Protect customers' homes during installation.
Follow OSHA and company safety policies.
Complete installation checklists and maintain tools and vehicles.
Work professionally with homeowners, builders, and coworkers.
Attend training and perform other assigned duties.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Pass background check and drug screening.
Lift 75 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoors.
Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
Reliable attendance and transportation.
Six (6) months or more of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
HVAC trade school or vocational education.
Basic knowledge of HVAC tools and equipment.
Construction or mechanical experience.
EPA Section 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Blueprint reading and customer service skills.
Starting Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour DOE.
