We're growing in Nebraska and looking for hardworking, dependable people to join our team as Field Technicians.

No prior experience in our specific trade? That's okay. We're willing to train the right person. Construction experience is a plus, but we're just as interested in people who show up, work hard, learn quickly, and take pride in doing the job right.
As a Field Technician, you'll work on commercial construction projects and learn a variety of specialized building systems, including fire stopping, waterproofing, air barriers, joint sealants, insulation, and expansion joints.
What You'll Do- Install fire stopping at wall joints, slab edges, and penetrations
- Install joint sealants in interior and exterior applications
- Install sheet and fluid applied waterproofing systems
- Install sheet and fluid applied air barrier systems
- Install interior and exterior expansion joint systems
- Use caulking guns and basic hand tools
- Follow project specifications and jobsite safety requirements
- Work as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and correctly
- Take direction from Foremen, General Foremen, and Superintendents
- Perform other duties as needed
You don't have to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who is:

- A problem solver who can think through challenges and find solutions
- Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and on active construction sites
- Comfortable working in both hot and cold weather
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Able to work independently when needed and as part of a team
Construction experience is preferred, but motivated entry level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Experience with caulking, waterproofing, insulation, fire stopping, or similar construction trades is a plus.

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and driver's license check
This is an active, hands on position. You should be comfortable:
- Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crouching
- Climbing ladders and working at various heights
- Handling tools and materials throughout the workday
- Working in extreme heat and cold
- Lifting and moving up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Working extended hours, including evenings and weekends when project needs require it
