Want to learn a skilled trade without spending years in school?

Kitchen Tune-Up West Omaha is looking for a dependable, mechanically minded person to join our installation team.
Cabinet installation experience is not required. We're looking for someone who works hard, learns quickly, takes pride in doing things correctly, and wants to build a career in residential remodeling.

We'll teach you how to install and reface cabinetry, read plans, use professional tools and equipment, troubleshoot problems, and complete high-quality work inside our customers' homes.

• Work alongside experienced installers on kitchen remodeling projects
• Learn cabinet installation, cabinet refacing and finish carpentry
• Measure, level, cut, fit and install materials accurately
• Safely use hand and power tools
• Load, unload and organize project materials
• Protect customers' homes and maintain clean, professional jobsites
• Learn to identify problems and ask questions before mistakes happen
• Take on increasingly independent installation work as your skills develop

• Shows up on time and can be counted on
• Enjoys working with their hands
• Takes pride in doing clean, detailed work
• Can follow instructions and accept feedback
• Is comfortable using basic tools or eager to learn
• Can accurately read a tape measure
• Communicates well with teammates and homeowners
• Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Can safely perform the physical requirements of residential remodeling work

Construction, carpentry, woodworking, automotive, maintenance or other hands‑on experience is helpful,
but not required. This isn't a dead‑end helper position. We're looking for someone who wants to learn the trade and move up.

Apprentice Installer → Installation Technician → Lead Installer. As your skills, independence and responsibility grow, so can your position and compensation.

• $20–$25/hour starting pay based on experience and demonstrated skills

Kitchen Tune-Up West Omaha remodels kitchens throughout the Omaha area. Our installers work directly inside our customers' homes, so craftsmanship, professionalism, reliability and respect matter just as much as construction experience.
