Monarch is Immediately Hiring a National Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead our crew based in the Omaha, Nebraska area.
This position will entail travel throughout the Midwest for Monarch helping out at our apartment communities in Nebraska and the surrounding states.

Pay: $65,000/Year
Schedule: Full Time - Year Round. Dayshift Hours.
- HVAC EPA or CPO certification strongly preferred
- 7+ years’ experience in maintenance, including 5 years' in apartment maintenance
- Dry walling, including painting and carpentry
- Electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
- Pay: $65,000/Year
- Yearly raises up to 5%
- 401k
