We are seeking an experienced and committed Director of Missing and Anti-Trafficking to join our dynamic and innovative organization. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the Missing and Anti-Trafficking and Youth Services department.
The Director also serves as a liaison with key stakeholders, community partners and statewide anti-trafficking initiatives.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Perform all supervisory responsibilities associated with Missing and Anti-Trafficking Youth Services staff
- Responsible for program development and implementation to ensure quality programming, meaningful outcome measures, and consistency and accountability in the response to cases in which minors are missing and at‑risk or victims of human trafficking
- Ensure a prompt, thorough, and collaborative response to missing youth and minor human trafficking cases referred by law enforcement and/or child protective services
- Develop policies and procedures related to the missing and anti‑trafficking youth services
- Utilize evaluation and community-based research to inform program development
- Collaborate with the Director of Mental Health to select, monitor and evaluate evidence-based screening and assessment tools and treatment models appropriate for the needs of missing and at‑risk minors of trafficking
- Monitor Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) requirements, identify areas in need of improvement and develop areas identified
- Collaborate with research/data team to monitor utilization, costs, evaluate services and outcomes; prepare monthly reports
- Provide leadership for contracts and grants by accurate and timely reporting of activities
- Deliver presentations locally, regionally and nationally on best practices for serving minors that are missing, at‑risk of or victims of human trafficking
- Regularly collaborate with other urban trafficking programs for minors to explore best practices within the CAC environment and initiate local program improvements accordingly
- May provide direct services to children and families as needed
- Ensure culturally competent services are provided to all families we serve without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, socioeconomic status, disability, gender or sexual orientation
- Other duties as assigned by VP - Response Services
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling or related field required
- Equivalent education and experience will be considered
- Professional experience working with missing youth and/or survivors of trafficking
- Professional experience related to the investigation, prosecution, or treatment of child abuse/trafficking cases
- 2 + years management and leadership experience
- Experience with program development and evaluation
