Youth Mentor
LocationOmaha, NE
Pay Range$20/hr with sign‑on bonus
Responsibilities- Provide for the safety and security of troubled youth and staff in the residential program
- Teach youth skills and address behavioral concerns effectively
- Ensure implementation of the care plan for each youth and provide written and verbal progress each shift as directed
- Work within the school environment to support the academic, social, and behavioral needs of each youth
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, education, public administration, criminal justice, or related field preferred - CPR preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Pay rate: $20/hr with sign on bonus of $500 after 90 days
Shift: Wednesday
- Saturday & Monday 3:00pm- 11:30pm Or Tuesday
- Saturday 11pm-7:30
Am- Paid Training
- Full Time
