Heartland Family Service is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for a residential substance abuse treatment facility serving women and children. The position involves providing direct supervision and support, implementing case management plans, and assisting with educational and support programming.
Qualified candidates will ideally have a Bachelor’s Degree and relevant experience in human services. Candidates in recovery should demonstrate a minimum of two years of continuous recovery. This position requires working on-site, with a pay range of $19.74 to $23.54 per hour based on experience.
