Starting Pay: $18.00/hour for 2nd shift. Full-Time
Shifts:
2nd shift (Evenings 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm). Including rotating holidays and weekends.

What You'll Be Doing:- Teaching skills and monitoring youth behavior
- Creating a safe and positive living environment
- Supporting youth academic success and personal development
- Transporting youth to appointments, school, and activities
- Assisting with intake and departure documentation
- Observing and participating in mediation and planning conferences with youth and their families
- Serving as a role model in carrying out activities and behaviors that reflect the values and principles of the Boys Town mission
- Physically and emotionally able to manage stressful situations
- Working indoors with some outdoor activities and occasional interruptions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Demonstrate CPR and nationally recognized personal restraint model during pre-service training; CPR certification must be obtained during pre-service training
