.NET Developer

CATCH Intelligence is a Midwest-based AI and Analytics consulting firm specializing in designing intelligent, data-driven applications that help organizations transform information into action. We are expanding our team to support our Actionable Intelligence Case Management application and are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Developer to join us.

As a .NET Developer at CATCH Intelligence, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications that leverage the latest technologies in AI, analytics, and web development. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team of developers, architects, and analysts to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-friendly solutions for our clients.

• Analyze business and system requirements to define clear development objectives and timelines.
• Design and build efficient, maintainable, and testable code using ASP.NET and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create technical specifications and architecture documentation.
• Develop, test, debug, and deploy .NET applications that meet client and internal quality standards.
• Refactor and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability improvements.
• Support integration of web applications with SQL Server databases and other backend systems.
• Mentor and guide junior developers by sharing best practices and conducting code reviews.
• Provide technical consulting, troubleshooting, and support services to clients—both remotely and on-site.
• Continuously explore emerging technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes and operational procedures.

• 3+ years of professional experience in ASP.NET development.
• Hands-on experience with Angular or similar front-end frameworks.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and API integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and development cycles.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving issues quickly.
• Microsoft SQL Server experience preferred; dashboard or report development experience is a plus.
• Experience with Azure cloud services or other cloud hosting platforms is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Background in software architecture and design principles is helpful.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
