We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems that power complex enterprise workflows. This role is primarily backend-focused (approximately 70%), with meaningful contributions to frontend and user experience development (approximately 30%).

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, AI-enabled solutions that integrate seamlessly into enterprise environments.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled services and multi-step, agent-based workflows integrated with enterprise platforms
• Architect and maintain scalable, reliable API-driven backend services
• Implement complex AI workflows involving tool usage, orchestration, data retrieval, and external system integrations
• Contribute to frontend components and UI experiences that enable intuitive AI workflows
• Build system integrations and data pipelines to ensure interoperability across enterprise data platforms
• Develop observability, logging, and monitoring capabilities to maintain high service reliability
• Translate business requirements into secure, production-ready technical solutions
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are met
• Participate in architectural reviews and help define AI/backend best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven experience building and operating backend APIs and services
• Hands‑on experience with multi‑component platforms (MCPs) and AI workflow development
• Experience deploying and operating containerized services (Docker, sandboxed environments)
• Direct experience with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Strong SQL skills and relational database design expertise
• Experience deploying and managing cloud‑native applications in production

• Enterprise agent‑based AI system development
• Prompt engineering for LLM systems
• Experience with agent frameworks (Claude Agent SDK, Anthropic tools, or similar)
• Familiarity with AI observability tools (e.g., Lang Fuse)
• Node.js ORMs such as Prisma or Drizzle
• Backend frameworks like Express or Fastify
• React and modern frontend ecosystem experience
• Component libraries such as Shadcn UI
• Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines

• AI Ecosystem: LLMs, MCPs, agent‑based architectures, RAG systems
• Orchestration: Azure Functions Durable Task Scheduler, Vercel Workflows
• Development: Cursor IDE (or similar AI IDEs), Git‑based workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant software engineering experience
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
