Must-Have Skills- 5-7 years of experience
- Strong proficiency in C and C++
- Experience with object-oriented design and programming
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and memory management
- Experience with multithreading and concurrency
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments
- Experience debugging and optimizing performance-critical code
- Experience with build tools (Make, CMake)
- Ability to write effective unit tests
- Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers
- Embedded systems development
- Networking protocols (TCP/IP, sockets)
- IPC mechanisms (shared memory, message queues)
- Scripting languages (Python, Shell)
- Containerization (Docker)
- Experience with real-time or low-latency systems

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary range: $92,250 - $100,000, plus incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
