We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead .NET Developer to join a growing technology team supporting enterprise applications and integrations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing scalable solutions, mentoring developers, and working with modern web technologies.
Candidates can be considered for contract (W2) or direct hire (permanent) opportunities depending on preference and fit.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET and React Native
- Build and maintain API integrations and middleware solutions
- Modernize legacy applications (Perl, Python, PHP)
- Participate in Agile SDLC
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and root cause analysis
- Ensure applications follow security best practices
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements
- Develop technical specifications and architecture recommendations
- Mentor and guide junior developers
- 8+ years of experience with .NET development
- Strong experience building modern web applications
- Expertise in API integrations and system design
- Experience mentoring or leading developers
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams
- Experience in regulated industries such as HIPAA, FERPA, or PCI
- Contract:
W-2 at $55/hr - Permanent: $93,600 – $120,000
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
- Open to contract or permanent opportunities
- Candidates located near Omaha, NE preferred
