As a Software Development Engineering - Sr Advisor I, you will play a critical role in leading the design, development, and maintenance of high‑quality software applications. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.

• Provide leadership and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform advanced coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members.
• Drive innovation and best practices within the software development team.

• 10+ years of experience in software development
• 10+ years of experience in Cobol
• 8+ years experience with IBM tools, monitoring tools, RMF, DB2 utilities, Platinum Detector, etc.
• 10+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience

• Experience in the financial services industry
