Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Cloud Engineer - Software

We are seeking a motivated software developer to join our growing technology team in Bellevue, Nebraska. This role is ideal for someone with solid working experience in .NET development and practical experience with Azure who enjoys solving practical business problems and contributing to the improvement of existing systems. The developer will primarily work within an established long-standing enterprise codebase while also contributing to ongoing modernization and refactoring efforts over time.

We are looking for someone who is collaborative, adaptable, eager to learn, and interested in steadily improving code quality and application architecture.

This is a fully in-office, on-site position located in Bellevue, Nebraska. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role. Candidates must be able to report to our Bellevue, Nebraska headquarters five days a week. At this time, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

• Develop and implement high-quality .NET-based software solutions based on business requirements.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement of development processes and technologies, including Azure cloud services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly within the Microsoft/.NET ecosystem.
• Manage and resolve incoming development and support tickets, diagnosing issues and implementing fixes while communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Contribute to refactoring and modernization efforts across the existing codebase.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Solid experience with C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and SQL Server.
• Experience working with and improving legacy codebases.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure, including deployments and cloud-hosted services.
• Familiarity with Vue.js, Azure Dev Ops, App Services, or related Azure tooling is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to unforeseen challenges.
• Salary range: $80,000 – $85,000 per year
