Director- Software Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead our software development teams. As a Director of Software Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions that drive business growth and innovation. You will lead a team of software engineers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products that meet business requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong technical expertise in software development methodologies, programming languages, and software architecture
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale software projects on time and within budget
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and Dev Ops practices

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the insurance industry or financial services sector
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies and migration strategies
• Experience with cybersecurity and data protection best practices
• Certification in software engineering or a related field (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
