- Lightning web components (lwc) or aura
- Good understanding of salesforce data model (objects, relationships)
- Basic understanding of salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets)
- Experience with flows and declarative automation
- Basic Api integrations (rest/soap)
- Familiarity with version control, salesforce deployments using flosum, copado or similar devops tools.
- Familiarity with data migration tools (data loader, etc.)
- Salesforce certifications (platform developer i, admin)
- Exposure to sandbox environments and release process
- Basic understanding of governor limits and debugging logs
Experience level: 4-5 years of salesforce experience
Onshore location: candidate is expected to work onsite
Desired profile:- Very strong salesforce fundamentals in development and core administration
- Experience in multiple salesforce clouds (sales, service)
- Relevant certifications
- Very good communication skills
- Strong background culture of delivering projects with first time right/zero defects in production.
Emerging ai, agentic knowledge is a plus
