Job Summary:
We are seeking a Contract Mid-to-Senior Word Press Developer with expert-level Divi experience to lead new website development and optimize existing platforms. This role involves creating high-performance websites from scratch while auditing and enhancing legacy Divi sites for speed and functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive, modern websites using Word Press, Divi, and custom child themes.
- Audit and optimize existing Divi websites to improve Core Web Vitals and page load times.
- Write clean PHP, JavaScript, and CSS/SASS to extend Divi features and integrate third-party APIs.
- Build responsive layouts and ensure seamless user experience across devices.
- Optimize MySQL databases, eliminate legacy plugin bloat, and enforce site security standards.
- Collaborate effectively during US Central Time business hours.
Qualifications:
- Possess 4+ years of professional Word Press development experience with a strong Divi portfolio.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Divi ecosystem, including Theme Builder and global library items.
- Exhibit proven expertise in website performance optimization, caching, and image management.
- Show proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and Git version control.
- Ability to work effectively during US Central Time hours.
