At Premier Midwest Beer & Beverage, we pour our hearts into what we do. We take pride in providing exceptional service to our customers and representing top beverage brands across our communities. We are currently seeking Non CDL Drivers to join our team.

In addition to joining a talented team and enjoying a 4‑day work week with weekends off, this position offers up to $10,000 in sign‑on and retention bonuses, paid as follows:

• $1,000 Sign On Bonus (paid on first paycheck)
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 30 days)
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 90 days)
• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 6 months)

• High School diploma or equivalency; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• One year of driver experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older for commercial motor vehicle
• Valid State Driver’s License
• Must be able to lift 40‑50 lbs. for an extended period

• Always drive equipment in a professional and safe manner
• Deliver products as invoiced to specified licensed retailers
• Check‑in invoiced orders with customers in a friendly, courteous manner
• Collect and return all payments as required
• Account for all invoices of merchandise delivered and merchandise returned
• Complete appropriate paperwork throughout the delivery process
• Ensure truck check‑in procedures are followed daily
• Ensure truck service and safety issues are reported daily
• Maintain an accurate DOT logbook, if required
• Must always follow DOT Regulations
• Attend monthly safety meetings
• Attend required safety courses and other classes as needed
• Report any local, state, or federal moving violations to management
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned

• Able to perform job‑related task without hindering the safety of employee or others

This role requires regular, ongoing in‑office presence. Employees are expected to work onsite, which includes non-company locations where we conduct business, the majority of the time to support collaboration, productivity, and business operations according to the schedule set by supervisors and/or branch management.
