Position Overview

Climate Express Drivers make America Great one Mile at a time, and they run a lot of miles.

• 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks
• 68 cruise control and pedal
• Ergonomically designed seats and perfectly positioned steering
• 70L / 96W sleepers, larger than average built‑in refrigerators
• Auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, satellite radios

Safety is the responsibility of everyone. The Operations team is experienced and will dispatch drivers safely and legally. Most freight is in the middle corridor of the United States; dispatch will never force drivers through the mountains of the West Coast or to New York City. Tractors are maintained regularly and a shop is available 24/7.

Drivers meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members regularly. The operations department is available 24/7. Drivers and dispatchers know each other by name.

Pay is based on work record and experience, determined after processing. Professionals are paid loaded and empty on practical miles: that can be 5%-7% more miles a year than companies paying for short miles. Top performers earned over 100k last year. We offer annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses.

Loads include Dry van and Reefer (no slaughterhouses or fresh meat). 1 pick/1 drop or drop and hook, 100% no touch freight.
