Spee Dee Delivery is a family owned and operated company that was started in 1978 by Donald and Sylvia Weeres. Our core business is standard, next‑day, ground delivery. The corporate headquarters and main sorting facility is located in St. Cloud, MN. We currently employ over 1,800 employees company‑wide and have expanded throughout the Midwest.

The Warehouse Support role assists with daily operations by supporting both warehouse and transportation functions as needed. This position helps ensure efficient workflow by handling packages, assisting with route coverage when needed, parking vehicles, and fueling trucks.

• Monday‑Friday, 4:00PM start
• May be expected to cover variable shifts based on business needs
• Paid OT at time and a half after 40 hours per week
• $ per hour, based on experience, plus shift differential

• Assist in parking/fueling vehicles
• Cover routes when needed
• Ensure trailer cuts are made for timely delivery to branches
• Communicate with warehouse staff and other management to resolve discrepancies
• Manage security of the yard and building
• Assist in stacking and sorting to ensure the flow of freight
• Cover various shifts as required
• Perform other required duties as assigned

• Ability to operate a manual transmission, or willingness to learn
• Ability to read labels at a fast pace and work independently

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record that meets company standards
• 1+ year of experience in leadership and transportation industry preferred

• Pass a DOT physical exam
• Lift, twist, carry, and slide freight weighing up to 100 pounds
• Work with freight types including hazardous material, perishable food and alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals

Salary: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
