Flex Truck Driver - Class A Penske Logistics

Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers

Average $120,000 annually. Earn hourly pay and travel incentive pay. $3,500 retention bonus. Travel required, up to 100%.

• Travel regionally to work at various locations as needed.
• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships.
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered.

• Dispatch times will vary depending on work assignment.
• Drivers can expect to be away from home 2 to 3 weeks per assignment.
• Drivers will travel to assigned location and work from there for the duration of the assignment.

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Currently hold or ability to obtain a non-exempt interstate DOT medical card.
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency per federal law.
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location, complete Penske employment application, submit to background investigation and drug screening.
• Position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive; ability to work in constant state of alertness and safe manner is required.
• Accept responsibility for own safety and safety of others.

• Assist with vision: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment.
• Move frequently, stand, walk, sit; use hands to touch, handle, feel, reach with hands and arms.
• Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs; may occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit the vehicle and rear cargo area.
