Class A drivers run 100% no-touch account that pays $90,000 to $112,000 per year. The best part is the home time. Drivers run 21 days and are home 9 (7 days at home and 2 days traveling). Our benefits, trucks, pay, and turnover are some of the best in the industry.

Drivers are paid $.65-$.70 CPM (based on experience and if you have hazmat). Drivers run on a rest and are out 21 days and then off 9. The company flies drivers home and back to the terminal. Trucks are not slip seated and preventative maintenance is done while drivers are vers will park trucks in either Charlotte, NC;
Columbus, OH; or Mansfield, PA.

Drivers will run the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and some of the Southeast along with the Northeast. THERE ARE NO DELIVERIES ANYWHERE (INCLUDING NYC) IN THE STATE OF NY. 65% of the freight runs at night so drivers must run at night.

All trucks are Freightliners, KW or Internationals and average 18 months old and come with fridge, microwave, inverter, APU, flat screen TV and XM radio.

Our turnover rate is one of the lowest in the entire industry.

• A minimum of 8 months OTR or regional experience in the last 3 years with two of those months running in winter conditions in December, January or February. Drivers who have driven local in the Upper Midwest or Northeast major cities during the winter months and have 1 year of Class A experience qualify.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years in a truck with no more than 2 in the last 12 months and none can be serious.
• No DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years or parking lot incidents in the last 3 years.
• No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months and not have been terminated from any driving job for any reason in the last 12 months and no more than 2 terminations in the last 3 years.
