2nd, 3rd Shift Dispatcher

TCW is a southeastern transportation, warehousing and logistics company that has been in business since 1948.

Additionally, TCW has decades of intermodal experience in international and domestic drayage, terminals located in multiple states, and a fleet of both owner-operators and company drivers.

We are currently in need of a full-time, 2nd/Night Shift Operations Dispatcher in our Intermodal Carrier location in Spartanburg, SC ; Terminal Manager: TJ Carroll).

• Oversee night operations
• Update driver dispatch as needed
• Assist drivers with equipment breakdowns
• Enter new orders into the system
• Follow billing procedures
• Inspect shipping documents for accuracy
• Scan completed documents into system
• Ability to effectively interface with drivers and customers
• Answer phones in a timely manner
• Perform other duties as needed

• Must have Transportation Experience
• Ability to perform tasks without supervision
• Strong communication skills
• Safety Experience as well as D.O.T. knowledge a plus
• Associates degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be able to pass hair follicle drug screen
