Truck Driver Starter

Class A Drivers at entry level.

You have your Class A CDL license but haven't got any experience yet. Most carriers won’t give you a chance without experience, but we will.

After you apply one of our hr team staff will call you to do a short interview with you. The approval process normally takes about 24-48 hours.

After you completed orientation you then go out with a trainer for approximately 30 days straight all over the country. No days off. The goal is to build your confidence and turn you into a good safe Class A driver. While training you will get paid a salary of 650.00 per week. After successful completion you then get into your own truck and a large raise.

When you complete training you will be able to obtain higher paying dedicated, regional and OTR runs. Most of our entry level drivers are earning $1100-$1400 per week and up after training.

Our company runs late model trucks manual and auto transmissions. An auto restriction is not a problem.

Our training division offers tuition reimbursement of $1,000 to help pay off your Academy loan when you obtained your CDL. Think of it as a sign on bonus.

• Have obtained your current Class A license in good standing. No suspensions in the last year.
• Drivers must be least 21 years of age
• You must be able to pass any test, urine or hair
• You have acquired your CLASS A license in the last 2 years
• Have on hand your CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION to email us showing at least 120 hours of Academy training.
• Have a clean MVR no DUI's in the last 5 years. No more than 2 in a lifetime
• Be able to pass all background checks. No charges pending.
• Applicants must have a current DOT physical in good standing
