Customer Delivery Driver – Omaha, NE

Base pay $17 per hour, with the opportunity to increase hourly compensation by $0.50 every 3 months based on performance.

• Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ doors using custom car haulers (no commercial license required; training provided).
• Load and unload vehicles onto haulers, requiring physical strength and effort.
• Inspect hauler and ensure safe driving conditions.
• Complete customer paperwork and record detailed notes in the customer tracking system.
• Maintain a clean driving record and comply with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
• Obtain a notary license in your jurisdiction within 90 days of employment (sponsored by Carvana).
• Access DMV, title, and registration systems as required.

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Physically able to perform demanding tasks such as detailing, loading/unloading, and walking/standing for 8+ hours.
• Can read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong manual dexterity, visual acuity, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with a range of movements (reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, squat).
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Must obtain a DOT Medical Card and pass a background check and drug test.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
