MNB Logistics Inc. is seeking reliable and responsible Delivery Drivers to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will play an essential role in ensuring packages are delivered safely and on time to our customers. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, working independently, staying active, and succeeding in a fast-paced environment.

No CDL License Required

Primary schedule:
Wednesday through Sunday

Drivers should also be open to working one of the following schedules based on operational needs:

Tuesday through Saturday

Saturday through Wednesday

Thursday through Monday

Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages to designated locations.

Load and unload packages safely and efficiently.

Plan and follow efficient delivery routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.

Verify package accuracy and ensure proper documentation for each delivery.

Deliver packages safely and on time while maintaining their condition.

Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.

Communicate with the dispatch team regarding delivery schedules, delays, or other issues.

Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.

Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations to a supervisor immediately.

Follow all company policies, delivery procedures, and safety requirements.

Represent MNB Logistics Inc. professionally at all times.

Must be 21 years or older
.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Prior courier or delivery experience is a plus.

Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs., including bending, lifting, and maneuvering packages in and out of the delivery vehicle and to the customer's front door or designated delivery location.
